About the Founder

I founded Adaptive PMM after seeing a consistent challenge across B2B SaaS and technology companies: the product is strong, but the story doesn’t match its value.

After nearly 20 years of working in product marketing across B2B SaaS and technology companies, I saw the same pattern repeat. Teams built powerful, technically sophisticated products but wrestled with clearly articulating their value in a way that shifts the market point of view from "supercool tech" to a "must have" that resonates with buyers and generates consistent revenue.

Adaptive PMM was created to embed with GTM teams to accelearte adaptability, shift from old requirements to new ones,  and solve the product marketing gap. 

 

I work 1:1 with product, sales, and marketing teams to go beyond messaging frameworks and into hands-on execution to operationalize the go-to-market and build the systems, assets, and feedback loops that ensure positioning shows up in real deals.
